Lender Support Systems, Inc., a San Diego-based software company that provided ERP loan accounting
software and compliance solutions to the global financial services industry.

Constellation Software (Toronto Stock Exchange: CSI). Mr Burch has co-founded, invested and sold several software related companies over his career and has advised various private equity firms on their portfolio companies. Mr. Burch is also a volunteer board member for

Fidelity National Information Solutions, Santa Ana, Calif., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Fidelity National Financial. In this position,
Cary Burch oversaw business development and P&L responsibility for the solutions division, a group that employed more 500 people. The division provided software products, eBusiness solutions, M&A analysis and professional services to Fortune 500 companies.
Cary Burch gained valuable experience as an executive of
The First American Corp., a Santa Ana, Calif.-based financial services company specializing in the surety and title insurance. He held two positions at this company, first as CIO of First American’s Consumer Information Group and then as president of First American CreditNet.
